IMAN Debuts New Collection to Beauty Bloggers

The brand held its first-ever blogger event.

IMAN Cosmetics is getting on board with the most influential beauty bloggers, enticing all at a special event to debut its new collection.

The event’s theme was  “Femme Fatale Fete” and it was held in NYC, organized by Omerge Alliances. There were makeovers, live demos, selfie stations and a global cuisine. Photos are streaming ion social media at #IMANFemmeFatale.

“There is no more exciting way to celebrate this bold new Collection launch than with the voices of the beauty industry, bloggers, who are a critical part of our marketing strategy,” says IMAN Cosmetics’ General Manager Desiree Reid.

Who was on the guest list? Over 35 bloggers representing Asian, African American, Caribbean, Hispanic and Indian audiences, including OmaBelle, RocioLaura, TiarraMonet, JessicaSmalls, LovelyAnneka, CindyDiaz and DivaMakeupQueen. Plus, there were 20 virtual bloggers in attendance by live stream from London, Philadelphia, LA, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Chicago, St. Louis, Houston and Tampa.

The new collection includes: The Perfect Eye Shadow Pencil, with twist bottoms, in six colors; and two paraben-free mascaras, Volumize (shown), with an innovative tapered-end brush, and Amplify, witha  slim brush. The products are launching this month at Drugstore.com, Target.com, Walgreens.com and select Walgreens/Duane Reade stores.
